Sew Liberated - Flora Tunic and Twirly Skirt

This pattern features an A-line cut tunic top and a really, really twirly skirt. The tunic has a pleat just below the neck-line and the skirt has some faux layers and a very satisfying spin!
Dress them up or down depending on your choice of fabric. Lightweight cotton or linen fabric is recommended for the top and a heavier weight cotton, cotton/linen or twill type fabric for the skirt.
