Freestyle Dressmaking Class and Open Sewing Clinic

Our Freestyle sewing and dressmaking workshops are the perfect solution for those who either need some help with a project they have on the go or want to make or learn something specific that we don’t cover in any of the group classes. 

Level: These classes aren't suitable for complete beginners, students must have a good basic knowledge of machine sewing.

Come along and set aside some dedicated sewing time with the luxury of spreading out your project, using our tools & machinery and not having to tidy up afterwards! These tutor led workshops are designed for those who would benefit from some guidance for their sewn project from one of our qualified teachers.

During these weekly daytime or evening sessions you can enjoy the company of like minded people in a friendly environment. We welcome all projects, bring anything from an untouched pattern to half made garments to vintage alterations. We can guarantee our teacher will be able to tackle anything!

Please bring with you: A sewing machine and scissors will be allocated to you. We also recommend you either bring with you, or purchase from Ray Stitch, small tools such as pins, a tape measure, unpicker, needles, and thread snips.

 Booking onto one of our classes entitles you to 10% off everything in store on the day of the class too.
