Introduction to Garment Making for Men and Women: Make a Pair of Trousers or Shorts

  • Make a Selection

Maximum Class Size: 6 Students

Begin your garment sewing journey by understanding how to read and use commercial patterns and unravel the language of dressmaking. You will be shown how to read a pattern and how to prepare your fabric for sewing. You will then learn and use your new skills to make a pair of men or women's trousers. The men's pattern also includes an option for shorts.

With an elasticated or drawstring waist, these are a perfect make for beginners to help you build confidence with your garment making or refresh your skills.
