Level 2: For confident beginners and beyond. You should feel confident with basic hand sewing, and be comfortable using a sewing machine if your repair requires it. If you’re completely new to sewing, you might prefer our Hand Stitch & Repair: Beginners Skills Workshop instead.

Repair Club is a friendly and relaxed workshop designed for anyone looking to tackle their mending projects. Whether you need to patch denim, reinforce seams, replace buttons, or darn a hole, you'll receive expert guidance throughout the process. This session is intended for confident machine stitchers, so please ensure you are comfortable using a sewing machine.
Bring one item of clothing to work on, and we'll help you decide on the best approach, prepare materials, and guide you through the process. This is a space to slow down, share the stories of your clothes, and enjoy the satisfaction of making your wardrobe last longer.
We ask participants to limit repairs to one garment per session so that everyone receives the attention they need. It’s helpful if you can let us know the details of your repair in advance so we can make sure we have the right tools and materials ready.
Materials: All tools and equipment, machine thread, fabric scraps and darning wool. You might need to purchase other materials for your mend. You will receive 10% discount on anything bought in our store on the day of your class.
Cancellation Policy
Our classes are non refundable. Due our small class sizes it is very difficult to transfer your booking to a different date. If you cannot attend a class and are able to notify us at least two weeks before the class starts, it may be possible to fit you in on another date but this is not guaranteed so please give us as much notice as possible to increase your chances.
In the event that we need to cancel a class, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund or an alternative booking date.
