Quantity

25m spool of shirring elastic. For use in dressmaking as a way to make a garment fitted yet easy to put on, as well as to create a decorative smock-effect look. Wind your bobbin by hand without stretching, and place in your machine as normal, however use normal woven thread for the top.

Also available in white.
