Cancellations & Transfers
All classes are non-refundable. Due to our small class sizes, it is very difficult to transfer bookings to a different date.
If you cannot attend your class and notify us at least two weeks before it starts, we may be able to transfer you to another date. However, this is not guaranteed and is limited to one change only. Please give us as much notice as possible to increase your chances of securing an alternative date.
Our Small Class Sizes
We're passionate about creating the perfect learning atmosphere at Ray Stitch, and our small class sizes are central to this. We limit classes to a maximum of 6 students for sewing and pattern cutting, and 8 students for hand stitching workshops. This ensures you receive individual attention and expert guidance throughout your course.
Minimum Numbers
Our classes are subject to a minimum of 3 bookings. If we need to cancel a class due to low numbers, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another suitable class or date.
