£6.00 - Trackable - Delivery aim between 2-3 working days.
Express Delivery UK
£9.50 - Trackable - Requires a signature. Express Delivery orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will arrive the next day by 1pm.
Economy
£4.00 - Trackable - Our saver delivery option for small items like buttons or darning wools. Delivery aim between 5-8 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
You will receive a tracking reference in your shipment confirmation email.
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our non-wholesale shipments. Royal Mail will transfer your order to a local delivery service on entering its destination country.
Tracked Delivery to European Countries = £20
Our delivery estimate is within 5-15 working days of dispatch depending on your European location, including non EU countries. Additional delays may occur due to customs clearance.
Tracked Delivery Rest Of The World = £35

Taxes and Duties:
The prices shown on our website include UK VAT at 20%. When you enter a delivery address outside The UK the VAT will automatically be deducted from your cart.
Where possible we use a Delivery Duties Paid system (DDP), which ensures full cost transparency and no surprise charges when your order enters its destination country. In this instance, taxes and duties will be paid upon purchasing your order at the checkout and will appear in the breakdown of your final total.
We are able to provide DDP for the following countries:
Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, The Republic of Ireland, United States of America
DDP availability is subject to change and will be confirmed at checkout.
All other destinations may be subject to local import customs charges at the time of delivery. In this case you’ll be contacted by the delivery company to pay any duties and taxes before the parcels will be released for delivery. It takes at least 48 hours for your package to reach you, after it clears customs.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We cannot accept returns on any cut fabrics, ribbons or cord unless faulty. For other item/s we can offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of purchase providing they have been purchased at full price, in original packaging and in perfect condition.
If the item/s you wish to return were bought via mail order, these must be posted back to us with full insurance and using a Tracked or ‘Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery’ service as we cannot be responsible for any returns lost or delayed in the post. Refunds on the return postage cannot be made unless the item is faulty.
For items purchased with free postage (ie. swatch packs), the Standard Delivery charge will be deducted from the total of your order if a refund is issued.
