Delivery & Returns



Standard Delivery UK (Trackable) = £5.50 ( Royal Mail First Class – 2-3 working days)

Express Delivery UK = £9.50 (Trackable, requires a signature) 

(Royal Mail Next Day delivery for orders placed before 1pm, Tues-Fri delivery only. Express orders placed on Thursday after 1pm will arrive on Monday.)


Heavy or Bulky orders weighing over 2kg will be sent using an alternative courier service (ie. not Royal Mail.) Please be aware that next day/express delivery might not be available but to increase your chances place your order before 10.00am. For all heavy/bulky orders you will receive a tracking reference in your shipment confirmation email and parcels may require a signature. We use DPD, TNT, UPS and Collect + for bulky domestic UK deliveries.

Signed For Delivery to European Countries = £25 - Courier Service ( 5-15 working days, depending on your European location, including non EU countries. There may be unknown extra delivery times due to customs clearance).
Signed For Delivery Rest Of The World = £50 - Courier Service - (5-15 working days, depending on your  location. There may be unknown extra delivery times due to customs clearance).


Taxes and Duties: The prices shown on our website include UK VAT at 20%.  When you enter a delivery address outside UK the VAT will automatically be deducted from your cart.  However you may be subjected to local import customs charges in your own country at the time of delivery. In this case you’ll be contacted by the courier company to pay any duties/taxes before the parcels will be released for delivery. It takes at least 48 hours for your package to reach you, after it clear customs.



We cannot accept returns on any cut fabrics, ribbons or cord unless faulty. For other item/s we can offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of purchase providing they have been purchased at full price, in original packaging and in perfect condition.

If the item/s you wish to return were bought via mail order, these must be posted back to us with full insurance and using a Tracked or ‘Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery’ service as we cannot be responsible for any returns lost or delayed in the post. Refunds on the return postage cannot be made unless the item is faulty.

For items purchased with free postage (ie. swatch packs), the Standard Delivery charge will be deducted from the total of your order if a refund is issued.

Your refund will be made by the same method used to make your purchase which can take up to 10 working days.
