If you are planing to gift some Ray Stitch items this Christmas, please note the following recommended last postage dates:
UK Standard Delivery - Friday, 19th December ordered before 1pm
UK Express Special Delivery - Tuesday, 23rd December ordered before 1pm
Royal Mail and other delivery services are experiencing delays so please try to place your order as soon as possible. Deadlines are not 100% guaranteed. We offer Next Day delivery within the UK, please select this option if it’s really important that your parcel arrives on time. Â
We will be open until 6.30pm on Tuesday 23rd December but closed from Tuesday 24th until we open again on Friday 2nd January. You can still order online between these dates. Orders will be sent out from January, 2nd.

£9.50 - Trackable - Requires a signature. Express Delivery orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will arrive the next day by 1pm.

Taxes and Duties: The prices shown on our website include UK VAT at 20%. When you enter a delivery address outside UK the VAT will automatically be deducted from your cart. However you may be subjected to local import customs charges in your own country at the time of delivery. In this case you’ll be contacted by the courier company to pay any duties/taxes before the parcels will be released for delivery. It takes at least 48 hours for your package to reach you, after it clear customs.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We cannot accept returns on any cut fabrics, ribbons or cord unless faulty. For other item/s we can offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of purchase providing they have been purchased at full price, in original packaging and in perfect condition.
If the item/s you wish to return were bought via mail order, these must be posted back to us with full insurance and using a Tracked or ‘Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery’ service as we cannot be responsible for any returns lost or delayed in the post. Refunds on the return postage cannot be made unless the item is faulty.
For items purchased with free postage (ie. swatch packs), the Standard Delivery charge will be deducted from the total of your order if a refund is issued.
