PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND PRICES
We have taken every care to ensure that the description, prices and dimensions of products available on this website are correct. We have also endeavoured to accurately reproduce the colour of the products in our images but computer screens can show colours differently and new batches of recurring stock can differ slightly in shade. If you are unsure please contact us for further information or request a swatch. We recommend that you prewash fabric before using in case of any minor shrinkage which might occur. Fabric can sometimes become distorted when wound onto bolts and rolls, washing will re- establish the grain and wash out any creasing.
MAKING PAYMENTS
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Once you have selected your goods and arrived at the checkout, you will be given the option to either checkout as a guest or to register as a customer. Registering as a customer will allow you to pass through checkout more quickly on future occasions.
The payment process is entirely secure. Your card details are protected using PCI DSS v3.2 security standards and if you choose to save your card details for future purchases they are securely stored by Stripe and you can delete them at any time via your account pages.
We accept most major Credit and Debit Cards as well as ApplePay and AndroidPay on website via a compatible device. We also offer payment via Paypal Account.
You will receive confirmation by email upon placement of your order and your goods will be despatched shortly afterwards. You will receive a confirmation email to tell you that your goods have been shipped.
Tracking is possible only if your order is being shipped by Special Delivery or via courier.
PACKAGING
In keeping with our commitment to choosing the most sustainable options possible, we have changed and improved the packaging for our online sales. After researching and deliberating - and without further cost to you - we have switched to fully recyclable paper Jiffy bags, cardboard envelopes and gusset envelopes, plus 70% recycled polythene bags made in the UK that can actually be recycled along with plastic carrier bags. This is along with our paper envelopes and bags in-store. Of course we also suggest reusing this packaging where possible too, it’s really nice stuff! ♻
