Alamain - The Pleat Top

Make your own asymetrical draped top with this easy-to-sew paper pattern for the Pleat Top.

Designed with beginners in mind, this top simply slips on over the head with no zippers or buttons needed.

It features a boat neckline, short kimono sleeves, four pleats on the right side, and a left-side slit for easy movement.

The top is finished with French seams, so there's no need for an overlocker, and the inside looks just as neat as the outside.

A quick and satisfying make that lets even beginner sewists create a chic and unique design.

Sizing: This pattern comes in UK sizes 4 to 18. Chose your size by comparing your body measurements to the chart listed in the images. 

Fabric Requirements: We recommend using lightweight woven fabrics with little to no stretch and a fluid drape, such as poplin, satin, chambray, or crepe. Please allow 5% extra for shrinkage.

You will also need 1 spool of matching sewing thread.
