Grainline Studio - Scout Top - Sizes 0-32

The Scout is a woven t-shirt with cap sleeves and scoop neck. Fitted at the shoulders and relaxed below the bust, it's perfect on its own for spring and summer and an ideal layering piece under blazers and cardigans year-round.

This timeless design has remained popular since its launch because of its versatile, comfortable fit. The cap sleeves provide coverage without bulk, while the scoop neckline works beautifully on its own or peeking out from under cardigans and blazers for effortless layering.

Techniques included sewing straight seams, applying bias facings, setting cap sleeves, and basic hemming.

Suggested fabrics: Light to medium light weight fabrics such as cotton, silk, lawn, voile, charmeuse, crepe de chine or wool crepe. Extra fabric needed to match plaids, stripes, and directional prints.
