The Boatneck Dress is fitted around the upper body, but it has width from the hips down. The dress has front and back panels that provide shape, as well as darts. The dress features a boatneck neckline and an invisible zipper closure at the back. The dress is unlined but has a facing at the neckline and armholes when sewn without sleeves.
